Kurt Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in South Orange County for over 20 years. He is the President of Mission Ob/Gyn Medical Group and is one of its founding fathers.
Dr. Miller is known for his calm and compassionate demeanor.
“Establishing genuine and deep long term relationships with my patients, and providing them exemplary medical care that fosters their overall health, is where I get my greatest satisfaction”.
Dr. Miller enjoys seeing patients at all stages of their life…from their early years as a woman, to their childbearing years, to menopause and beyond. He is thoroughly versed in in-office gynecology, and is an accomplished and skilled surgeon (inclusive of minimally invasive procedures). He has a special place in his heart of obstetrics, and still is awed by the miracle that the birth process represents.
“I consider it an honor and privilege beyond measure to have the opportunity to provide the obstetrical care to a woman during her pregnancy. Adding a child to one’s family is a true landmark event for them. Making certain Mom, Baby, and Dad get through the process safely (and with endearing memories) is my number one priority”.
Dr. Miller is a native Californian. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry, with highest honors, from Occidental College. Thereafter, he attended University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine where he obtained his MD degree. His specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology was obtained at U.C. Irvine Medical Center. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has privileges at Mission Hospital, where he has served as Chairman of its Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Miller obtains his inspiration from his wife, and his magnificent daughter. He loves dogs (his family has a fox terrier, “Rupert”, that is in every way a part of the Miller clan). Dr. Miller is an avid tennis player. In his spare time, he loves to read and travel.
